At Disney Fine Art, we want you to be completely enchanted by your new home decor; if your artwork does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-framed pieces and limited edition releases must be returned in their original packaging to ensure the preservation of the gallery-quality finish.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our guest services team with your order number and a brief description of the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  • 2.
    Secure the Artwork

    Carefully repackage your Disney Fine Art piece in its original shipping container with all protective inserts and the Certificate of Authenticity included.

  • 3.
    Ship to Gallery

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the tracking number is recorded.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our curators inspect the returned artwork for quality assurance, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
